     1200           Check-in and Registration begins at the Days Inn - Pensacola Beach

     1200           Hospitality Room opens

     1800-2000   Welcome Aboard reception in the Hospitality Room   (Food, Sandwiches, etc.)

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2012

     0600-0900   Continental breakfast in the Hospitality Room

     0930            Board trolley for NAS Pensacola
     1000            Arrive at the National Naval Aviation Museum
     1000            Open time to browse in Hangar Bay One or the Museum
     1100            Lunch at the Cubi Bar inside the Museum
                         (NOTE: When seated, you will order from the  Beach Bum Trolley menu

     1200            Guided tour of the National Naval Aviation Museum
     1445            Free time to browse in the Museum's Gift Shop
     1515            Board trolley for the Day's Inn - Pensacola Beach
     1545            Trolley arrives at the Day's Inn

     1830            Bar-B-Q in the Hospitality Room   Check the menu

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2012

     0600-0900   Continental breakfast in the Hospitality Room

     0930            Board bus for the USS Alabama
     1045            Self guided tour aboard the USS Alabama
     1200            Lunch in the Wardroom aboard the USS Alabama    Check the menu
     1300            Self guided tour aboard the USS Alabama
     1400            Open time to tour the USS Drum (SS228) and aircraft pavilion
     1530            Board bus for return trip to Pensacola
     1630            Arrive back at the Day's Inn - Pensacola Beach

     1830            Fish Fry and Chicken Tenders in the Hospitality Room   Check the menu

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2012

     0600-0900   Continental breakfast in the Hospitality Room

     0900            Business Meeting

     0900            Ladies Activities     TBD and priced
