     1800-1900   "Meet and Greet" in the Hospitality Room (Light Hors D'oeuvres hosted by the Comfort Inn Hospitality Team)
     2200             Hospitality Room closes


MONDAY, APRIL 23, 2012

     0900            Board trolleys for tour of Historic Downtown Pensacola, Veteran's Memorial Park and memorial service
     1030            Memorial Service at Veteran's Memorial Park with the NAS Pensacola Color Guard
     1115            Lunch at  McGuire's Irish Pub         Order from the  Beach Bum Trolley menu  at McGuire's

                          NOTE:    Lunch does not include alcoholic beverages.   Your server will be glad to create a separate ticket

     1330            Board trolleys for the Comfort Inn
     1400            Trolleys arrive at the Comfort Inn

     1600            Business Meeting at the Comfort Inn

                        Evening meal on your own

TUESDAY, APRIL 24, 2012

     0830            Board bus for tour of USS Alabama
     0945            Self guided tour aboard the USS Alabama
     1100            Lunch in the Wardroom aboard the USS Alabama    Check the menu
     1200            Free time to browse the USS Alabama, USS Drum or the aircraft hanger
     1500            Board bus for return trip to Pensacola
     1600            Arrive back at the Comfort Inn

     1700-2200   Hospitality Room open

     1830            Fish Fry and chicken tenders at the Comfort Inn    Check the menu


WEDNESDAY, APRIL 25, 2012

     0715            Board trolleys for Sherman Field onboard NAS Pensacola
     0800            Arrive at Sherman Field - Home of the Blue Angels
     0830            Blue Angels practice show begins
     0920            Board trolleys for the short ride to the Naval Aviation Museum
     0930            Blue Angels autograph session in the Atrium of the Naval Aviation Museum
     1000            IMAX movie - Air Racers (The movie could change before our visit)
     1100            Lunch at the Cubi Bar inside the Museum
                         (NOTE: When seated, you will order from the  Beach Bum Trolley menu
     1200            Guided tour of the Naval Aviation Museum
     1400            Tour of the National Flight Academy
     1530            Free time to shop in the Museum Gift Shop
     1600            Board trolleys for return to the Comfort Inn
